The company

From hardware to management software, developed in-house.

IndSolutions develops software, firmware and equipment for industry. It was founded in 2013 and already has more than a decade of continuous refinement, always close to the people who use its solutions every day.

Our core product is IndLine, the MES for industrial SMEs: it follows every product along the line, enforces the station sequence, measures OEE and downtime, runs the production orders coming from the ERP and shows the whole factory, in real time, what is happening at each station. We design all three layers of the solution: the equipment (circuit boards and terminals), the firmware that runs on those terminals and the software for the server, management and monitoring. That is why we can adapt the system to each customer and respond directly when needed.

We also develop the IndWaterflow family, for water management in homes, hotels, gardens and agriculture.

IndLine

MES for industrial SMEs

Every product is followed by an RFID tag from line entry to the last station. IndLine enforces the station order, records who did what, holds back defective products and shows production in real time to the whole factory.

  • Full traceability: who, where, when and the barcode of every product.
  • No sequence errors: a product cannot move on if a previous station is missing.
  • Quality at the station: non-conformities hold the product until it is repaired.
  • Measured productivity: cycle time, efficiency, bottleneck and delivery forecast.
  • OEE and downtime: stops detected automatically, with the reason for each one.
  • ERP integration: production orders through a shared folder, REST API or file, with the result sent back.

Smart irrigation solutions

The IndWaterflow family.

Three modules for homes, hotels, gardens and agriculture, in the same app and with the same alerts. Installation starts with water management and can be extended to irrigation and crop protection.

IndWaterflow

Smart water management for homes, hotels, gardens and agriculture. It measures the water flowing through the pipes, use by use, and alerts by SMS, email or alarm when something is out of the ordinary.

  • Every use recorded: start, end, duration, flow rate and litres.
  • Leaks detected within minutes, with an SMS sent by the module itself.
  • Works without internet: alerts go out through the module's GSM.
  • Turnkey: fitted by partner plumbers, maintained by IndSolutions.

IndIrrigation

Smart irrigation by zone. Each solenoid valve has its own smart switch, controlled from the app, with pause for rain and soil moisture.

IndWetPet

Keeps animals away from crops: it detects presence in each zone and deters them with noise and a short burst from the local irrigation, without harming them.

IndWaterflow · app

Every consumption measured, leaks reported immediately.

The app shows the current use live, the history of every use and daily and monthly charts, on a PC or a phone. All three modules share the same app and the same alerts: the customer starts with water and adds irrigation whenever they want.
